Your Study Streak & Leaderboards
Learning a little every day is what makes Chinese stick. Every game, quiz or flashcard session you finish counts towards your daily streak — and here is how you rank against learners worldwide.
Study rank: —
Your streak and rank are stored only on this device/browser and are never sent to us automatically.
Clearing your browser data or switching devices resets them.
Your rank counts practice on this device — every game, quiz, review and translation earns XP —
not how much Chinese you know. To find your level, take the
placement quiz.

Leaderboards run in quarterly seasons (every 3 months): January–March, April–June, July–September and October–December. The seasonal board resets on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 at 00:00 UTC. All time keeps each player's best score and does not reset; each board keeps the top 100. Site deployments preserve saved leaderboard scores. Seasons do not reset your private study streak or XP.
HSK Sentence Drill Leaderboards
Each level has its own board. Most correct out of 10 ranks first; ties go to the fastest active answer time. Review and audio time are paused.
Global Leaderboards
Leaderboard entries store only the nickname you choose, your score, date and—when a timed board uses them—your level and active answer time. No name, email or IP address. Use the Remove my scores button on any board to erase your entries at any time. See our Privacy policy for details.
