Drinks, Coffee & Tea Flashcards
Practise 24 drink and café words with colourful pictures, Chinese, pinyin and English meanings. Choose your usual drink, name what is on the café table, and save unfamiliar words for review.
About this deck
Practise 24 words with a matching picture on every card. Try saying the pictured word before checking its pinyin. Choose your usual drink and two things you would find on a café table. Save the names you find difficult, then use New shuffle for another recall round. Continue with restaurant phrases, food pictures or your saved review words.
These 24 cards cover fifteen drink and variety words, tea leaves, a café and everyday drink-table objects and ingredients. Fruit beside a glass identifies juice; the apple identifies apple juice. Mineral water has a plain bottle and a small mountain symbol, soft drink has bubbles, and cola has dark liquid in an unbranded can. A kettle pouring into a cup represents boiled water. Tea pictures use green, dark and amber infusions with different leaf shapes as memory cues; a picture alone cannot identify a tea variety. The cocoa picture includes cocoa powder. The empty cup, teacup, teapot and bottle teach containers rather than their contents. Ice, sugar and honey are shown separately. Brands and specialist coffee orders are outside this selection.
