Everyday Verbs Chinese Flashcards
Name 24 everyday actions with colourful scene pictures, Chinese, pinyin and English meanings. Act out a word, listen when available, and save the actions you want to remember.
About this deck
Practise 24 words with a matching picture on every card. Try naming or acting out the scene before checking the pinyin. Pick five actions you use in a day and save difficult words for review. Use New shuffle for another round, then explore example sentences or practise building a sentence.
Pictures show one everyday use of each word; the dictionary link has its wider meanings. In go and come, the house is the reference point: the arrow leads away from it or towards it. In buy and sell, the gold ring highlights the learner's role: the buyer with a shopping bag or the seller behind the stall. Drink and listen use the dictionary's first readings, matching these scenes. These are individual actions, not a housework or grooming routine.
