昨天zuótiān晚上wǎnshang九jiǔ点diǎn，妈妈māma给gěi我wǒ打电话dǎdiànhuà。
At nine last night my mum called me.
她tā说shuō：“喂wèi，你好nǐhǎo吗mǎ？”
She said, "Hello, how are you?"
我wǒ说shuō：“我wǒ很好hěnhǎo，你nǐ呢ne / ní？”
I said, "I'm fine, and you?"
妈妈māma说shuō：“我们wǒmen都dōu很好hěnhǎo。”
Mum said, "We're all fine."
她tā问wèn我wǒ：“你nǐ吃饭chīfàn了le / liǎo / liào吗mǎ？”
She asked, "Have you eaten?"
我wǒ说shuō：“吃了chīle，我wǒ做了zuòle米饭mǐfàn和hé菜cài。”
I said, "Yes — I made rice and vegetables."
她tā又yòu问wèn：“工作gōngzuò怎么样zěnmeyàng？”
Then she asked, "How's work?"
我wǒ说shuō：“工作gōngzuò很hěn忙máng，可是kěshì我wǒ很hěn喜欢xǐhuan。”
I said, "Work is busy, but I like it."
妈妈māma说shuō：“你nǐ什么shénme时候shíhou回来huílai？我们wǒmen都dōu想xiǎng你nǐ。”
Mum said, "When are you coming back? We all miss you."
我wǒ说shuō：“下个月xiàgèyuè，妈妈māma。”
I said, "Next month, mum."
