网上买东西
我很喜欢在网上买东西，因为方便又便宜。
I like shopping online because it's convenient and cheap.
上个星期，我在网上买了一件大衣。
Last week I bought a coat online.
照片上的大衣是蓝色的，看起来很暖和。
The coat in the photo was blue and looked warm.
价格也不贵，只要三百块。
It wasn't expensive either — only three hundred yuan.
三天以后，快递就送到了。
Three days later the delivery arrived.
我把箱子打开一看，愣住了。
I opened the box and stopped short.

The coat was grey, and much smaller than I'd expected.

I looked at the web page again and found I'd picked the wrong colour and the wrong size.
我很不好意思地给卖家发了消息。
I messaged the seller, rather embarrassed.
她很快就回复了：“没问题，您可以退。”
She replied quickly: "No problem, you can return it."
退货的过程比我想的顺利多了。
The return went far more smoothly than I'd expected.
这次我看清楚了才下单——蓝色，大号。
This time I checked properly before ordering — blue, large.
